Calvary Christian Fellowship traces its history to Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, in Southern California and Pastor Chuck Smith. Pastor Chuck established Calvary Chapel in the late 60’s, In a time when most traditional churches were turning away the next generation because of the length of their hair and the counter-culture life style that they practiced. Driven by a burden for that generation, Pastor Chuck reached out to them with love and understanding without compromising any of the Christian principles. Pastor Eric Collom, after being saved in 1990, became involved with Calvary Chapel movement in San Diego, California. He attended both Horizon Christian Fellowship’s School of Evangelism in 1993 and Calvary Chapel Bible College in 1995.

After youth pastoring for many years in several Calvary Chapels including Lake Havasu, Arizona, San Mateo, California and Menifee, California God began calling Pastor Eric to step out in faith. In 2006 the Collom’s set out to plant a Calvary Chapel in Eagle, Colorado. From four people in Pastor Eric’s living room to the ministry today, God has continued to provide, lead, and bless Calvary Christian Fellowship. We pray that you and your family would come and be a part of this great work God is doing. We are not perfect people, but we are serve a perfect God. Our desire is to create an atmosphere where people can belong, where people can mature, where people can grow, in God’s Word.
